Why can't our radio broadcast return on time after three outs........

Jim Ellis is great, but for years the broadcast on many occasions has missed the first pitch, sometimes the first two or three pitches of an inning. Perhaps it is advertising obligations because he usually takes quite a bit of time after an innings talking up something or another and then it goes to the commercials. We should do better.

Jim Ellis is at his best on baseball. BUT he loves the game of baseball and it's obvious. As far as football is concerned, he is simply boring. As far as basketball is concerned, I don't care. Consideration should be given to another play by play guy for football. Wyatt is so-so as a color guy.

I like Jim, but

His broadcast factor, is slow at best.

But I'm used to listening to the Best on the Grid Iron.

There is too much talking after the end of an inning. That is what seems to interfere. I also hate when there is a visit to the mound and they take a "Pitching change timeout". Ineviteabily they are 2 pitches late coming back. Bad production.

It pisses me off too. When Bart gets on there you can tell he hurries to commercial to get back on air in time for the first pitch. He must be an avid reader.
