First of all it's FinCEN. Secondly, there are about 12,000 financial institutions in the US alone, some of the large banks have that many, or more, branches. The number of SARs completed by financial institutions that involve actual criminal activity and money laundering keep FinCEN busy enough.

Lastly, these people funding these payments aren't stupid people. They are well aware of the thresholds of BSA/ AML reporting and will adjust their activities accordingly.

I know I misspelled the abbreviation of Financial Crimes Enforcement Center... I blame it on thick thumbs and too lazy to edit... FYI I also know how people slight the laws... but then again there is a thing called structuring that can be easily found from point A to point B... Did you know that too?... My guess you are either an arrogant banker or examiner too... Why else are you so quick to correct and discount my thoughts... then again you will correct me on that too I'm sure....

Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. But I'm bored with correcting you. The point is that you are trying to mislead people into thinking that this is a legit method of catching boosters from paying players or recruits. What you are suggesting is the equivilant of having the DEA doing parking meter duty in Fargo, ND hoping to find the local pot dealer.
