and I dont see a need to keep bringing up his poor performance since he is gone. BUT, watching that video made me so damn mad and sad at the same time. Granted it was Auburn, and they were horrible, but our defense still played well and held them to few yards and 3 points. The players are flying to the football, jumping on loose balls, and getting excited when they created turnovers. All they asked the offense to do was score a field goal and we would have won. Thats it, we just needed to muster one scoring drive, even if just a field goal and we would have won the game. The players, the fans in the stadium, the fans watching on tv...no one would have cared how ugly it was, all that anyone would care about is that we just beat a top 10 team at night at home on national TV. My drunken self would have been ecstatic about the outcome and had a great week the whole next week. But no, we couldnt score a single !!%#%%* offensive point. Mullen may not be the savior we all hope he is, but Ill damn sure bet that he wont let **** like that fly under his watch. Heres to a new (and hopefully successful) era.
