Why isn't Chief Brown committed to us?

He was supposed to commit on junior day, but the staff didn't have a chance to speak with him. Once that gets cleared up, and if they are ready for his commit (which they should be) he'll probably be a Bulldog. That seems to be the consensus on Rivals, BDJ and Gene's.
