Why some of you still listen to this idiot is beyond me.

I'm glad Mississippi has all this optimism
They are going to roll Tulane about 56-20 Saturday in the Dome and all the Confederates will be telling us how our win over S. Alabama doesnt mean ****. They will be talking their noise and believing in Freezus.

Why will I enjoy this?

Because, starting next Monday, I get to watch them endure soul-crushing loss after soul-crushing loss on their way to 0-8 in the SEC. Alabama is going to beat them up. Then A&M will show them that the Texas offense was nothing special. Auburn may be having problems, but they will rush for over 300 yards on them as their OL pushes the Confederate D off the end of the field. That damn marine standing behind the end zone better get out of the way when Auburn's OL shoves them back on him.

UPig will get things straight enough to win with Wilson throwing for 400 yards on that defense. Georgia will result in another beatdown. Vandy will continue to show their dominance over them as well. The end of the season will have them getting curbstomped by their 2 rivals. 0-8 and they will be sooooo hurt all the way to their core. As many of us learned with Crooms- its easier to handle when you know its going to be bad. However when optimism still lives inside of you, you feel alive. Those feelings are no longer numb and you feel- good and bad. And the fun of watching them hurt to their soul each week is going to be fun, fun, fun.

Seriously, how is he considered a legitimate poster?

He moves the needle.

Above all else, right or wrong, he's got strong opinions, and usually has facts to back them up.

Also, 40 posts talking crap about being a legit poster, blah blah, gfy.

So Coach, what was your overall picks record for the year?

And how'd your picks for individual teams work out? I'm legitimately curious about how you picked games in which you weren't blinded by hate.

Yeah C34 is alright with me too. Like it was told to me a long time ago "guess those that never pick a side are always gonna be undefeated."

Never mind. There are far too many blown predictions

and inaccuracies on that site for me to wade through them. I'll just assume you were wrong on most everything. I did see that you rated State as having the 6th best WRs in the conference and Ole Miss as having the 12th best. That showed me about all I needed to see.

That isn't remotely close. He also said Freeze wouldn't beat a D-1 team with a winning record this year. We could go on and on about how much be has been wrong, including on a $50 bet he hasn't paid up on.

Dont forget the Kenny Payne or Mike Davis will be the next basketball coach post

Coach is about the most wrong poster on here. But he does keep throwing **** at the wall, and some of it occasionally sticks.

Serious question Skink. I've had a bunch of aTm fans bring up my pre-season opinions of them since they've finished so well...

Who in their right mind though OM could win 6 games this year? Who knew, before the first game, that Arkansas and Auburn would put out the biggest turds of a team in the SEC this year? Who knew that aTm had a heisman trophy candidate for QB?

Coach34 probably said some things that were wrong, there's no doubt about that. But at the time, his predictions weren't that ridiculous. You guys played WELL above your pay grade this year. Freeze did a helluva job this year, no doubt about it. But to say what he did was expected is... well... it's quite frankly as ridiculous as anything coach34 said.

Take your...

BS elsewhere. It's real easy to criticize after the fact. Coach is ok, and at least he has the balls to make a prediction and stick with it. I predicted 6-6 and we ended up 8-4 but like others have posted, we are a 6-6 "talented" team.

Oh, I'll admit that I didn't think we'd win 6 games.

Here's the difference though: I don't proclaim myself an expert and an insider, write a column as if I have some special knowledge, or host a podcast where I pass myself off as an expert. But when you pass yourself off as a public figure as Coach34 does, and miss that badly, all the while spewing venom, then you are fair game.

It's easy to call a clown a clown, you're right about that. Fact is, Coach has talked so much **** unchecked for 3 years that he is getting exactly what he deserves.

You're one of the few who will admit that. I know that coach sets himself up for what he gets... but when people pretend that they knew what was going to happen after the fact.... I get a little pissed off at that ****.

But admitting that you didn't expect it either is noble of you.

Why wouldn't he talk **** the past three years? He had every right to, just as you do now.

It's called the First Amendment. You Rebs have as much trouble with the First Amendment as you did with the Fourteenth.

If he's so bad, why did you name yourself after him?

It'd be like me naming my children "John Fourcade", "Byron de la Beckwith", "Archie Manning", or "Richard Barrett".

No one is saying that Coach can't say what he wants. They are saying they have the right to call him out on what he says. The First Amendment works both ways, genius.

Wow.

I don't know which I find funnier: the fact that you equate a message board username with that of one of your offspring or that you just tried to put Peaches up there with Archie.

Far out.
