Why would freeze expose the right hash as a weakness for his kicker?

In the disaster of a press conference he handed down why would he tip his hand to future opponents that at the end of a tight game, or even on long field goals, you need your kicker on the left hash?

With all the Bo vs. Freeze talk today that point shouldn't be missed.

I don't think that's really exposing anything. The left hash is always harder for right-footed kickers vs the left hash. All kickers for the most part have a natural hook. It's just like driving the ball down a dog left fairway vs a straight fairway. The window is a little easier if it's a dog left. Same reason you also tee off on the side of the tee opposite of your natural curve.

And generally speaking, even the best defenses don't have that much control over where they tackle someone.

No, but they have the ability to control which defense they call and how they line up. If Freeze wasn't playing mind games, all he did was tell teams that they should work even harder to take away plays to the left side at the end of the game, because he doesn't trust his kicker from the right hash. But everybody more or less knew UM (like most teams in that situation) would be running a pass play to the left sideline regardless, so I'm not sure it's really allows teams to do anything more than they already do in those situations.
