They'll be on watchESPN for providers that are signed on with watchESPN. Directv, although they have the network, is still not in with watchESPN. Otherwise, no, they won't be on espn3...

There's going to be a huge push for watchESPN because practically every game of every sport in the SEC is going to be on there. All of our home baseball games will be there -- for free -- in hd...

Unfortunately I don't think this is the case. I can watch "normal" espn content through the watchespn app, but not SEC network content.

I found this on the googles:

Carriers that will provide SEC netwrok on the watchespn app are AT&T U-verse, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DISH, Google Fiber, Suddenlink, and members of the NCTC, NRTC and NTTC.

I have brighthouse. D'oh.

Couldn't find an immediate answer on the googles. Thanks.

Hope this helps.... FAQ's off the SEC Network Site

Isn't ESPN3 determined through your ISP, not cable. I realize that it is the same for some people but mine is through AT&T and DirecTv and I am good because of the AT&T

I think it is the ISP. Same here on DTV and AT&T. Looks like I'm going to have to switch my internet, because this DSL from AT&T is a joke. Where are you, UVerse?

ESPN3 can be determined by either ISP or Cable.

I did not have cable in Starkville during undergrad, but I sure as hell used my Dad's Cox username/password from Florida to watch games.

I am on AT&T DSL. Mine would go offline a good bit. Just had to call them last week to get a new one. The other had issues. I like AT&T for some things but damn they are irritating sometimes. The person went on for an hour trying to fix it. Would have me try this or that (90% are the type of things that anyone with computer knowledge has already known to try). Finally, I just had to stop her and say, "No, I do not think I am going to do anything else. I think you need to just send me another modem." She quickly said yes and shipped it. Still a hassle for no fault of mine.

Yes, ESPN3 is based on your ISP. WatchESPN and SECNetwork+ are based on your cable provider.

It gets confusing because they all were merged onto the same webpage, when they are actually different functions with different requirements.

To have access to all virtual content, you need a watchESPN/SECNetwork+/espn3 approved cable and internet providers... watchESPN is what's actually on tv at those times -- the other two are the online-only/overflow channels...
