Richie Incognito. I know he's still playing but his career is winding down. I don't believe people would be calling our line soft with Richie as line coach.

Another thought is Bill Callahan. Not sure where he is now but the guy is recognized as one of the premier offensive line coaches. Plus, he's a great recruiter. Offense was not the problem when Cally was here. Just keep him away from the defense and I think he would be a great offensive hire.
