Other than that, no raises. In fact, I would put some coaches on action plans, specifically Mirando and maybe Hevesy (though with injuries and overall depth, it may not have been his fault).and fire Koenning.
You don't reward mediocrity.
We need to keep Wilson as long as he wants to be here and if we need to pay him from taking another one of those jobs, I'll chip in. He's worth every damn penny. Our defense, with a make-shift undersized LB crew, was phenomenal this year.I do think he showed some promise and we were very good in the red zone this year. But the bend don't break defensekills me sometimes
Sure but using that strategy why not give them the ball on our 20 every time and go from there. Hell why would our offense ever punt, because using the bend but don't break defense would keep them out of the endzone right?missouridawg said:you do realize bend don't break is to prevent TDs from being scored in the redzone right?
If Mullen was going to get rid of Koenning, then it would have already been doneBehrDawg said:tenureplan said:Wilson does deserve a raise. Our defense was impressive this year. I would give the LB coach a raise too; our LB's were the most improved group on the team.
