Yeah, his attorney already hollering from the

mountain top, "she wanted it" i.e. it was consentual. He (atty) said he knew all along they would find the DNA because he admitted being there.

He said, she said. Gonna be hard to prove but it may cost him the

WWL just had a guy on who said the officer who interviewed the victim told her that if she pressed charges her life would become a living hell. Take that any which way you want, but seems to explain the suspicious timing. Took a while to come to the surface.

These cases are always touchy. Society usually gives the supposed victim the benefit of the doubt. I haven't been on top of this, but if he never denied being with her that could be a positive for him. Also, just cuz they told her life would be a living hell doesn't mean a whole lot to me. Couldn't they say that to protect her? As in you better not just be looking for $$$ because the truth is gonna come out in a high profile case.

This is going to be the thread to watch. Shoplifters are worse than murderers, scum of the earth etc. I wonder how many think she was "asking" for it or looking for cash.

Will be interesting to see what evidence there is.

A pair of dirty underwear just proves something sexual happened. Did she go to the emergency room and have an examination performed or did she hand over the underwear later on? Were there witnesses that observed their behavior earlier in the night? Did they have a prior relationship? Lots of relevant questions that must be answered before someone pulls him from the team...

It sounds like he probably forced himself on her but I highly doubt she ever

feared for her well being but I'm speculating. Was there alcohol or drugs involved would be another key question.

I doubt anything big comes of it since it obviously wasn't a classic case of rape. The parties knew each other and that makes it difficult.

If we have learned anything, it's that it's always the suspicious panties that get people caught.

Yeah, the dirty panties will get you every time.

I can't believe no one picked up on that.
