Hell no. That's why it blows my mind when the left ignores something like the CIA wikileaks.

We thought it was bad when Obama used his power to influence government agencies against the right, such as the IRS going after Tea Party groups. What the hell do we think could happen if Trump establishes loyalists to influence his power in those same agencies.

I think knowing what we know and the numerous connections and possible connections between Trump's team and the Russians, do you not believe a possible FISA request was warranted? Seems prudent to me. And I am not making a political statement there.

Connections alone I wouldn't think would be enough to warrant a FISA wiretap, but maybe it is. IMHO, a FISA wiretap shouldn't be granted unless there is a rock solid supporting evidence for it. We should never start issuing them lightly.

Maybe it's all coincidence however, that the FBI requested a FISA wiretap around the same time the left started throwing the "Russian connection" into the election narrative, that the Clinton machine had no idea that the FBI was looking into it.

You could be right but I think Trump's association with Paul Manifort and that shady real estate deal in Florida would have been reason to start kicking the tires on an investigation from one of our intel agencies. We are in a strange environment where an actual businessman who runs global businesses ran and won the presidency. Obviously uncharted territory from an international business standpoint.

Is the IC considered "the left"? They made it clear this was not just political bs....the Russians specifically targeted the US election in an effort to get Trump elected over Clinton.

IC is not considered left or right, but there are certainly people employed by those communities that have political ideologies.

I want the specifics of how Russians, which Russians, targeted the US election. I want IP traces, pattern analysis, timelines, affiliations, etc. Governments screwing with other government elections is nothing new, it's something the US does as well.

I don't think anyone denies this boom, the question is were they effective and did Trump work with them or "collude" with them to "steal" the results?

Do you remember boomer before the election both Obama and Hillary assured us the Russians could not effect our election? All that changed after she lost.

I hear you. And I don't think Clinton was derailed by Russia alone, so it's Trumps office fair and square. That said, if he had ANYTHING to do with their efforts....even if it was just encouragement....I question his ability to serve the office, the constitution, and the Presidency. And even if he brings 25 million jobs, he's unfit to be President.

If he didn't win fair and square, the American people can decide if his election was legitimate by how he governs. I have yet to see a single vote for Trump switched because of Russians...and I agree with you that Hillary lost because of Hillary, not Russians.
