This team showed me alot today. For the life of me, I have no idea why anyone would criticize this team. Stans and Strick are fair game, though.

Hate Stans. Hate Stricklin. Hate Keenum. Hate whoever in the <17> you want but support your own damn team.

Best 658th post ever on SPS. I don't know why MSU waits 1-2 years too long to fire washed up coaches. Polk, JWS, and Stans.

It was because of LT

Not wanting to do a coaching search.

Let's see Polk resigned- really just in time because we were only going to get worse, but the year before he resigned we went to Omaha.

Croom didn't leave us in dumpster fire bad shape. Don't get me wrong- we weren't in great shape, but we almost made a bowl with his leftovers and were basically a stupid *** jump pass from going to one that year with one of the toughest schedules in the country. Greg fired him at the right time.

LT waiting a year too long to fire Jackie. Should have been done in 2002. We showed some life at the end of 2001 and we had all winning seasons from 97-2000. LT also brought Polk back which set the program back ten years.

Stansbury had a ton of 20 win seasons before we fired him last year. And now that I have said that- I apologize for opening Pandora's box.

I read on SPS, so take it for what it is worth, but 120 teams had a 20 win season in Stans last year. Longer schedules make that not a hard a it was. 20 win seasons still come with double digit losses these days
