So I tend not to come around the board until Sept. Noticed some posts about HuskerTimOmaha being banned. Which bummed me out. Although he always seemed a little salty, he had the best scoop on the board. Or at leas the best scoop for the non-pay board. That being said, who are the folks with the best scoop now? Does anyone actually know sh&t? And who are they?

Agree about cornicator... he really knows his stuff. Not sure how much is inside info and how much is just that he has a football mind... I think it's probably both.

There are also some others who seem to have some inside info as well, but I don't really remember who they are.

I guess I had not noticed, but now that you mention it that is kind of refreshing. Is this a permanent thing, or is he going to be like herpes, where he all of the sudden pops up?

Pretty sure I remember rrt posting that he wouldn't be back... Don't know if by choice or banned. Had good info, too bad. But I'm sure many are glad he's not here.

There was some speculation that he was posting under another name ( the name wasnt mentioned buy the speculator).

Perhaps he is on another board.

Most people on here, including myself, generally don't know crap about the inner workings of the program. Only a few on here (not me) know much about the technical side of football. A few more on here follow recruiting pretty closely (again, not me).

Second thread on this topic in the past couple weeks and he has been banned for months. I wonder why this is suddenly a concern.

If HTO is back on here, I'm fine with that. Just so long as the personal attack axe grinding doesn't come back.

I have zero inside info. And social media is kind of the equivalent of insider info. I would've never heard of the hotel basement incident, BUT then again justin beiber in his underwear was on display for a month (or whatever the time frame was).

To me if you are posting "INSIDE INFO" you are really trying to impress someone. It would probably be surprising how many people have some type of inside info they don't post for what ever reason.

Some have friends so high they have to use a special phone to reminisce...

Hell, I've met a sitting Supreme Court Justice and I have a friend that has guarded the President(Bush). So finding out stuff in the athletic department isn't a big deal.

I'm felling a little frisky today so I'll tell a little story...

I have a friend that went to the Minnesota game that was away in 2013. It was the alumni game for that year. I heard the most interesting story before anything was ever released. Taylor's dad had taken him to an out of state doctor after his injury in the UCLA game. That's when the Planter tear was discovered and diagnosed. The doctor was then contacted by the training staff and asked what they could do to get him ready to play. He literally laugh and told the person on the phone he can't play with it torn like that... it has to be repaired. Well as you know Taylor did play in the Minnesota game for the last time as a Husker. He was not supposed to play in that game but they put him in any way and the story is now that that it was agreed on. SPIN. Now you know the whole story and hat's why he never played another down.

I am a nobody, have zero inside info, but I do remember HTO lambasting a mod to no end, you know how tenacious & unrelenting HTO was. I think the mod was a retired Marine, & just blew HTO up, never to be seen or heard from again.

HTO is out there, just not here.

It's really too bad Taylor's career ended the way it did. The way Tommy is coming into his own this year reminds me of the way TM came into his own during his Jr year.

You can thank Bo for having ZERO problem playing Taylor when he was hurt. And I want to reiterate with my other post the medical staff didn't contact the doctor the TRAINING STAFF did!

How does 2-4 effect recruiting and therefore a 62 year old coaches shrinking tenure?

If this garbage season hurts recruiting + the fans diminishing faith in this staff + current player skills not matching Riley's scheme + Riley being a senior citizen = how does this all end well?

If we would've hired frost, his youth would generate excitement + his scheme would've matched current players + would've had Oregon type ideas RE: recruiting + his youth and homegrown status would've allowed for a more patient fan base = eichhorst did a poor job playing this thing through in his head

I'll be honest, I do hope Frost comes back home when Riley is ready to hang 'em up, but I don't hope he brings the frantic pace of the Oregon offense. Yes, it is exciting to watch, but it's no coincidence that Oregon never won a title and most of the time when they ran up against a physical team, they came up on the short end of the stick. I want an offense that can be effective, but also eat some clock to give the defense a breather.

I wish I was HTO. I would've known when Riley was getting his cable hooked up.

Maybe Bo set the precedent for us all to be dicks. And now Nice Mike is setting a precedent for us all to be chill dudes. HTO was kinda always mean though.
