More coaching than talent, IMO. Brand Sias stinks at best.Where's the mismatch? Coaching or talent? or both? I noticed alot of our midfielders are pretty small. I remember when my daughter was playing club after her junior year in high school, there was a team 'Maryland Select', where all of the girls seemed to be between 5'8 and 5'11, and really athletic and fast. Not saying that's the answer, but we don't have many of those.

No you unfortunately are probably going to have to go with someone from the Maryland or Northwestern or UNC or one of those powers and get a rising top assistant. You definitely need someone with that pedigree especially if you look at the other top programs in the country and hopefully they have NJ ties also because you have to be able to recruit the top players from here and you can be a power in just a couple of yearsDeanna Knobloch just retired at Moorestown HS, when her daughter graduated.
I don’t think she’s looking to jump back into coaching, but I would definitely have a discussion with her if I were Hobbs.
Does anyone know if there would be any chance of luring Sharon Pfluger away from TCNJ?
HOF coach, perennial top 20 team at their level.
