Maybe the sharpest 12-6 movement I've seen in the college game. Is that a cutter or a slider? He has a looping curve that isn't as sharp(through the tv), but is another valuable pitch. In the future, when he learns to really command his pitches, he's going to be an unbelievable pitcher for us. That inning just showed his potential...

As dominant as Reed and Stratton have been at times for us, this FR pitching class is going to lead us back to the promised land. If we continue to recruit and develop as well at that position, the future looks incredibly bright.

Reynolds has been replaced for Arkansas after getting hit on the triceps in the first inning.

Something else that's very apparent... Woodruff is FAR more comfortable pitching out of the wind-up.

He's a typical freshman mentally, with ++ ability.

This game should also work wonders on his confidence. We've finally allowed him to pitch with a lead.
