Fueled by the generosity and commitment of Bulldog Club members, the department raised $84.6 million in donations and pledges.

The $84.6 million raised more than doubled the previous all-time fundraising record. Other highlights from this record-breaking year includes:

  • 202 major gifts signed (most ever in a fiscal year and 3x the average for MSU Athletics)
  • 10 seven-figure gifts signed (more seven-figure commitments this past year, than last 10 years combined)
  • More than 125 Cristil Society members added since its inception in August 2024

The record-setting year comes amid sustained momentum for Mississippi State Athletics, highlighted by strategic facility enhancements, academic achievement and postseason success across many sports.

I wonder how much of those were cash gifts and how much was paper promised to give. Promises that may or may not ever materialize into cash gifts.

Any chance some of this could be a one time bump due to the fiscal year change and season ticket donation due date acceleration?
