Keep Stans around until the class of 2011 signs all their LOI, and then show Stans the door for and X and O coach. While that would be somewhat cold, I like it because if we get the kids in the 2011 class we want it would make the job even more attractive for a new coach.

These next 2-3 years will tell the tale for Stansbury. He either makes a move or his support will begin to erode. I hope Stans brings in someone new on the staff that can help him improve the team to keep the program moving up because right now (and for the last 4 years) MSU has been basically treading water. I like Stans and hope he makes it but it is getting close to where it will be time to fish or cut bait.
