No wonder those guys aren't winning. That sounds like the most miserable locker room of all time. Management needs to fire Rex and clean house.

Tebow is getting blamed for everything.

I am a jets fan and watch them every week. This past game against the Seahawks, Rich Gannon and Marv Albert did the announcing and they were all over Tebow for just being. Tebow is why Sanchez sucks and can't complete 50% of his passes. Tebow is why the special teams is having problems, Tebow is why Revis blew out his knee.

I was absolutely apoplectic. I was just yelling at the TV. He was saying how you can't play Tebow because he completed under 50% of his passes last year. (He went 3 for 3 in the game and Sanchez as 9 for 22). According to Gannon, Tebow coming in doesn't allow Sanchez to get in a rhythm. But the past three years of wildcat with Brad Smith and others didn't effect Sanchez at all.

So it has become the thing to put the blame at Tebow's feet.

Well as a fan I have given up on Sanchez. He can't read the field or defenses at all in his 4th season at QB. He ALWAYS throws the check-down and most likely throws to Dustin Keller. He threw the interception in the end zone last game because the defense knew that and sat on the throw to Keller. There was a guy wide open in the back of the endzone that Sanchez never saw.

So please bring in Tebow and let him play then everyone can then make comments.

I've only seen Tebow play one time this year, and that time he marched down the field for a TD. Then they put Sanchez back in.

Best I can tell, he's as good as Sanchez and maybe even better ... he just needs to play more. But as good as Sanchez isn't necessarily saying much.

So the Jet's problem is the backup QB? No mention of how terrible Sanchez is? No mention of the terrible players on the roster who ironically are probably calling him terrible?

From what I have seen him do in college and otherwise, if the Jet's players gave 3/4 the effort to get better that Tebow has they would be contenders. But as usual is is about the money and they need enough talent to win without someone having to bust their ***.

I believe the real reason that many don't like Tebow is because of his open religious views. Personally, I think he takes it a bit too far with the "Tebowing", the interviews, etc., but all that shouldn't affect whether he plays or not. He did that before they got him from Denver so they knew who they were getting.

Another thing ... I read where he made something like 770 on his SAT ... which is not good enough to be admitted to any school ... so he may not be the most brilliant QB in the NFL. Somehow he got into Florida, a pretty good school, with that score though ....

If the Jets would invest in a few good WR's they would probably be a playoff team. Their defense is good enough, but they can't stay off the field because their combo of average QB and ****** WR's is not enough to move the ball. I'm not a big Sanchez fan, but with a few good receivers he could probably be a fairly successful NFL QB.

I never understood all the man-love for Sanchez, especially from ESPN. He sucks. It's not Tebow's fault they brought him in to have someone to push Sanchez for the starting job.

I'm convinced Ryan brought Tebow in with...

the sole intention to bench him the entire year. How bout them apples?

I hope they do hire Rex Ryan. Gives us at least another 4 years of playing the East cellar dweller.

Timmy gets no PT until Mrs. Ryan gets her feet rubbed. With Rex watching.

You're in full troll mode today aren't you. Even you have to realize that it's to our benefit if our permanent opponent in the East sucks. We'll still win our share agaisnt them no matter who coaches them. But I'd rather beat them 95% of the time than 60% of the time. Especially when we can count on having 3-4 top 15 teams on our 8-game SEC schedule every single year.
