2017 NCAA Ticket Information
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (March 12, 2017) – No. 4-seed West Virginia takes on No. 13 seed Bucknell on Thursday, March 16 in Buffalo, New York, at the KeyBank Center. The game time will be determined at a later time.
The Mountaineer Ticket Office will have an extremely limited number of tickets available for this NCAA First Round matchup and does not anticipate all requests will be filled. Fans including WVU basketball season ticket holders and MAC members interested in attending the game are encouraged to explore other avenues for securing tickets.
The priority ticket request process for select members of the Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, March 13. Members of The Summit may request a maximum of four tickets with Stadium Suite Holders and Mountaineer Scholar level MAC members eligible to request two tickets per qualifying account. Available tickets in the WVU allotment are priced at $100 for lower level tickets and $76 for upper level tickets. Ticket requests must be placed by 5 p.m. on Monday.
Due to the extremely limited supply of available tickets, requests are not guaranteed and will be filled based on availability and Mountaineer Athletic Club annual giving level and priority points rank. Requests that are filled may be split and/or seats may be allocated in the upper level of the arena. Donors will be notified via email of the status of their ticket request no later than 8 p.m. on Monday, March 13.
A limited number of upper level tickets will be made available to WVU students at noon on Monday, March 13, at the Mountaineer Ticket Office located at the Gold Gate of the WVU Coliseum. WVU students with a valid student I.D. may purchase one ticket to Thursday's game on a first-come, first-serve basis at the ticket office. Student tickets are $76 each and must be purchased in-person Monday.
Tickets are available for the West Virginia session only. All tickets purchased through the Mountaineer Ticket Office will be distributed at the West Virginia will call window beginning two hours before the Mountaineers' session at the KeyBank Center. Location of the WVU ticket will call window will be included in Monday night’s confirmation email.
Should the Mountaineers advance to the Second Round, MAC members and WVU students whose First Round ticket requests were filled, will automatically be charged for Saturday’s Second Round game.
