Junior college and transfers will be a part of their plan moving forward.

Not the best "moving forward" plan at first glance. From a distance the increase of transfers and Juco's on the roster evokes a sense in the average fan, that Holgrosen is failing. Especially in recruiting or he can't land the type of student-athlete needed out of H.S.

But I'm just playing the part of the "Devils Advocate" I've no issue with the frequent use of transfers or Juco's. Been more then a few coaches in college football that have relied on them to strengthen a team and remain competitive.

They won ten games with that method. I actually think it's fine in moderation but it's a niche that West Virginia has had a lot of success with especially in developing those junior college and transfer players to help them. You're right, Kansas State has made a program off of it and West Virginia is starting to have a lot of success as well.
