The Mountaineers finished the season 25-8 overall and fourth in the Big 12 standing at 12-6 in conference play. West Virginia also finished the season at No. 21 in the NET rankings.</p><p></p><p>WVU received 104 points this week to rank 24th in the poll and is one of six Big 12 teams featured in the rankings.</p><p></p><p>Texas (33-5) is No. 7 with 674 points while Baylor (26-8) is No. 13 with 425 points. Kansas State (26-8) comes in at No. 19 with 215 points and Oklahoma (23-10) is No. 21 in the poll with 150 points. Iowa State (21-12) rounds out the poll at No. 25 with 103 points.</p><p></p><p>No. 1 South Carolina, No. 2 Iowa, No. 3 UConn, No. 4 NC State and No. 5 USC made up the top five.</p></blockquote><p></p>
