Our meteorology department really is one of the best in the nation and is really starting to get some respect. Weconsistently compete against schools likeMIT, Penn State, Oklahoma, and FSU, and we continue to beat them. Stinks we didn't win this year, but we have a great track recordin the tournament. 2nd place isn't a bad thing, but we've put ourselves in position to win it consistently.

From what I understand and have been told, PSU as well as many other schools do not let all their people participate in this contest. They restrict it to the cream of the crop. At MSU we let everyone (including some lack luster performers) participate. We have the largest team and still finish #1 most of the time. If anyone would like to add or clarify if Ive misspoken, please do
