**We wanted to give you a forewarning that the Clarion Ledger is going to run a report tomorrow that Tobias Singleton and both his brothers were charged (not convicted) with misdemeanor assault and malicious mischief with his former girlfriend  but once everything comes out the picture that is painted right now will look MUCH/MUCH  differently.

Points count when a guy is convicted. If they let him sign on the second, and he gets convicted afterward, then Ole Miss gets points.

CJ's new friend here who was a major influence in his college decision just allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend and was possessing illegal drugs. We have no problem with it because kids will be kids. Don't worry, we will be great influences on young CJ. You still cool with your son coming to school at OM?

has already gotten a statement from Toby, spoke to his brothers, the arresting officers and the key withness, the former girlfriend. How else could he have come to such a thorough conclusion. But its cool since Yancy has already spoken to the jury who has yet to be named yet and they agreed that it was all a misunderstanding.

If true, hope he and his brothers get theirs, cant stand hearing anything involving assault on a woman especially if it involves Toby and his brothers. Bullies are the worst form of humans.

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but I'm guessing this is all part of a muchbigger plan to get those 4 stars counted in both the Class of 2011 and 2012. </p>
