Yes it was this year with JMI but Yaxel was recruited this year, whatever the reasons for recruits turning us down needs fixed & soon. I still say it's the analytical system, players want their minutes & like the one on one systems to showcase their skills for the NBA, Pope relies more on team basketball with hard cutting etc etc.

The dumbest employee we had told us all he was going to be a manager and everyone teased him because he was a compulsive liar and had been written up/ disciplined several times. Did he say his goals were the NBA? Because financially $9M at age 19 or 20 means you're worth approx. $250M by age 45 if invested in a VERY conservative portfolio. So what were his actual goals?
