Yet again, the season ends in a boring whimper

thanks to the BCS. These Oregon and Auburn games are snoozers, and because of the BCS, no other games matter. The biggest "drawback" of a playoff (the regular season would mean less) is actually a lie, since the BCS devalues all but 2 regular seasons (just ask TCU or even Wisconsin/Ohio State). Wake me up next month when college football is interesting again.

Oregon are one their way to blowout wins. There isn't another meaningful game for over a month.<div>
</div><div>Does anyone care about the ACC Championship game tonight? Of course not. It would be interesting if there were a playoff bid on the line. Wetzel's 16-team plan with homefield advantage is the only way to save the regular season.</div>
