Ben Kautz is still available and runs a great Chip Kelly like offense according to his resume..

With all the new hires this month finding a staff is probably going to be challenging.

Of course its never easy, but with the new hires I'd imagine it would be easier because that means more assistants in limbo.

Look at all the teams that lost their head coaches or the mid major at AAC like Houston, Memphis, Temple, Western Kentucky NC offense coordinator was Indiana former OC and NC is in the top 10 in scoring in 2015.

Sorry the NC coordinator just became the head coach for North Texas 5 hours ago.

Josh Henson
Sonny Cumbie

I seriously don't get the Mike Locksley love affair
Why Josh Henson? Missouri's offense was lousy this year like one of the worst. I see last year wasn't that good either. His first year at OC was a good one but the last 2 have been bad.

Sonny Cumbie is good but I think he'll end up staying at TCU or going to Texas. There could be a split between Doug Meacham and him between the 2. If not I'd take either of them. I think Meacham only makes 350K. I don't know about Cumbie's salary. Lincoln Riley makes 500K if we really want to open the wallet.

Eddie Gran I've mentioned a few times, the Cincy OC makes 350K and will be familiar with recruiting grounds we'd like to hit in the midwest and Florida (was RB coach at FSU).

Eddie Gran is now the OC for Tampa Bay in 2015. I was also going to suggest him.

Really? Are you sure? Did he just get hired or something. It's still in season? How can that be. I thought Dirk Koettter was OC at TB?

I just did a quick look and didn't find anything.

I guess I am wrong. He would be a great hire.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Ash bring Beck the Buckeye's co:OC.

Lincoln Riley only makes $500K. If Ash isn't making too much, we can triple his salary and give him OC/AHC title.
Riley is a year or two from making 2-3 million a year. Why jeopardize that to make an extra 400k. If he was looking to make a few hundred grand more, we'd probably not be at the top of his list

Western Kentucky OC Tyler Heston's offense averaged 44 points and 38 points per game during his two yrs there.
