I'm surprised Dooley's seat is not getting cooler.

The expectation was for Dooley to start 2-0.

I think he needs to win 7 this year including a bowl if he wants to keep his job. That would be noticeable improvement and I think fans would be ok with that. He might be ok with a bowl loss if they win a big game, but until they get that big win like against UF this weekend, Dooley is still on the hot seat.

There is no need for John L. Smith to even be on that list. He is a dead man walking. You can't be on the hot seat when you don't even have a seat. The definition of "interim" has his picture by it.
