Heorgia hited a coordinator but now we're too good to hire one?
not that we are too good, but UK is too
HARD for a 1st year head coach - Stoops, Joker, Mumme, all failed (or in slow motion process of failing). experienced former head coaches had minimal success, Claiborne & Brooks. Georgia is a superpower with set up past success & recruiting base so of course talented coordinators like Richt & now Smart can be successful.
Yall think there a good proven head coach out there who wants to start over at Kentucky?
I'm sure there are several who are in-between jobs who'd love to move to the SEC, or prove themselves again, or enjoy building another program. Butch Davis, Tommy Tubberville, Jim Tressell a couple who pop to mind.
