well i caint complain about 5-0
but a 2 pt halftime lead against the Bonnies make me a tad nervous

Then you should be happy about 6-0.
Last time we started the season 6-0 was in the 2016-17 season.
That was about one poor performance in every phase. Offense, defense, just poor play all around. MSU ran a high post pick and roll the entire second half and we did nothing to stop it. Made us look like fools. Hubert just refuses to make in game adjustments. Hard headed like Roy. And when his substitution patterns fail, he leaves the players on the court way too long allowing other teams to cut into the lead and gain momentum and we never seem to get it back. Has happened many times.
And what in the world happens to our 3 point shooters? Every year we hear about the marksmen we are getting and it never materializes. Just clanking wide open threes. And it's been a while since we've had a good free throw shooting team. It's early, and I think we will be a good team, but I'm seeing the same thing I've seen since Hubert took over. Already a quad 1 loss. I'm sick of being on the bubble every year.

Really need to start hitting from three-point at a higher percentage, if we want to have a special season.
The Michigan State loss was really bad. I can take the poor shooting percentages, because MSU is a great defensive team. But what I can't accept is how bad our defense was, especially the backcourt.
