Camren McDonald bio
Coming out of high school, McDonald was rated as a four-star prospect and as the top tight end in the state of California. He played for Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, California). Long Beach Poly is a very prestigious football program and many of their football alumni have gone on to play in the NFL, including DeSean Jackson, Jurrell Casey, Darnell Bing, Winston Justice, and many others. The talented tight end chose Florida State over Southern Cal, California, Ole Miss, and Nebraska.
Help is on the way
The Seminoles are in the middle of an excruciatingly painful season, but help is on the way in the form of some of the top recruits in the 2022 recruiting class. Travis Hunter is currently rated the No. 2 overall prospect in America in the Class of 2022 On3 Rankings. However, Hunter did take a visit to Georgia this weekend for the Georgia-Arkansas game. DawgsHQ on the On3 network confirmed Hunter was in Athens, Georgia this weekend for an unofficial visit. The five-star prospect from Collins Hill (Suwanee, Georgia) suffered a leg injury recently, but does not need surgery, according to his head coach Lenny Gregory.
