No. 4 LSU suffered its first loss of the season on the road Saturday night to No. 13 Ole Miss 24-19. The Tigers took an early 7-0 lead early in the first quarter, but were outscored 24-12 over the remainder of the game.

In the loss, the Tigers continued to struggle running the ball in the absence of Caden Durham. LSU has now failed to surpass the 150-yard rushing mark in every single game this season and were held to just 57 by the Rebels. LSU alum and ESPN personality Booger McFarland took to X/Twitter postgame, where he called out Brian Kelly‘s team’s ability to pound the rock.
