Elias Rudolph plans to enter transfer portal
With Elias Rudolph off to the transfer portal, Miami saw another player leave. Wide receiver Ny Carr plans to enter as well.
During his true freshman season, Carr saw playing time in five total games. Four were during the regular season, meaning he could maintain a year of eligibility if desired. The fifth and final one was in Miami’s bowl game against Iowa State.
Just one reception is on the stat sheet. Carr caught a pass in a nonconference matchup against Florida A&M, going for eight yards. Not too many other targets came the wide receiver’s way as Miami was just attempting to run out the clock in other appearances.
Carr played high school football at Norman Park (GA) Colquitt County, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 76 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
