Mississippi State offers rising 4-star LB Arion Carter
Mississippi State has extended an offer Smyrna (Tenn.) four-star linebacker and Memphis commit Arion Carter.
Carter ranks as the No. 308 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
