Report: Missouri Board of Curators schedule meeting on new contract for Eli Drinkwitz

It looks like Eli Drinkwitz could be getting a raise from Missouri in the near future. According to Ross Dellenger of Yahoo! Sports, the university’s Board of Curators will meet Wednesday to authorize a proposed new contract for the football coach.

The move comes amid rumors that Drinkwitz was a candidate for several other job openings across the SEC. Although the contract is not yet finalized and Dellenger reported there are several more steps in the process, it looks like Mizzou is doing everything it can to keep Drinkwitz in Columbia.
