Juice Kiffin hilariously reacts to squirrel interrupting play in Georgia vs. Ole Miss

For the second time this season, a squirrel has delayed play briefly at an Ole Miss game. And one pup on hand was ready to pounce.
Lane Kiffin’s faithful sidekick, Juice, would’ve happily staved off the intruder. Unfortunately, on game days he’s got to be on the leash and isn’t free to harass the rodent.
“He’s lucky I’m on my leash,” the canine said on social media.
Right before a critical third down for Ole Miss early in the second quarter against Georgia, the squirrel got on the field. Officials instantly blew their whistle and let the situation play out. Eventually, the Bulldogs’ sideline is where the squirrel ended up.
On3’s Andy Staples was able to capture a video of the moment, showing some of the animal’s movement. People inside Vaught Hemingway Stadium went crazy, cheering it on. You can check some of the action from field level here.
The crowd may enjoy it but as ABC’s Sean McDonough pointed out the delay slowed down some of the momentum the Ole Miss offense had going. Head coach Lane Kiffin might be hoping to keep the squirrel on the sidelines and keep their nice offensive start moving.

It’s not the first squirrel incursion for Ole Miss this year
A squirrel took center stage during the game between Ole Miss and Oklahoma, bringing the crowd at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium to its feet with a deafening roar.
The squirrel found itself on the field during a timeout as an Oklahoma player got medical attention on the field following a first-down conversion by Ole Miss.
Within moments, the entire stadium was keyed into the squirrel’s movements.
It started around midfield, then headed toward one of the end zones. At one point the squirrel appeared to get tired, perhaps out of juice after an exciting foray onto the field.
But as two individuals crept up closer to either get a better look at the squirrel or attempt to corral it, it took off again. It raced toward the end zone, with the crowd exploding as it crossed the goal line for the score.
