Bo Ogden, a four-star shooting guard in the 2026 class, has committed to Texas, he told Rivals.

The 6-foot-5 senior of Austin Westlake High (TX) ultimately chose the Longhorn over Tennessee and Purdue, but also received offers from Gonzaga, Kansas, Virginia, and others.

Ogden, a native of Austin, Texas, is ranked as the No. 34 overall player in the nation, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 7 shooting guard and the No. 4 player in Texas.

Ogden led the entire Adidas 3SSB Circuit in scoring, averaging 22.0 points per game. He is the son of Texas men’s basketball General Manager Chris Ogden.

Rivals’ Jamie Shaw found Bo Ogden to be a standout at the prestigious camp earlier this summer:

“Bo Ogden plays a clean game, and shows a little bit more than expected with the ball in his hands. He is a capable straight line driver and an adept shooter. There will always be lateral questions, but he gives consistent effort and is able to create opportunities.”
