Garret Rangel commits to Virginia Tech

Rangel is the latest portal move involving Virginia Tech in the last couple of weeks. Ironically, former VT OL Bob Schick committed to Oklahoma State.

Schick started his career at Snow College before spending the last few years at Virginia Tech. He’ll now head to the Big 12 for his final season.

As a member of the Class of 2019, Schick was not ranked, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He played high school football at Wasatch High School out of Ephraim (Utah).
