5-star QB Keisean Henderson has another dominant performance for Legacy SSS (Texas)

The Houston faithful can’t wait for Legacy SSS (Texas) five-star quarterback Keisean Henderson to get to campus next year.
The 6-foot-3 signal-caller is going to finish his senior season with some absurd stats. He went berserk again on Thursday night.
In a 56-22 drubbing of Richland, Henderson finished with six touchdowns. The signal-caller completed 23 of 29 attempts for 309 yards and four scores through the air. He added 83 yards and two more touchdowns on the ground.
The win improved Legacy SSS to 5-4 on the year. Through nine games, the Henderson-led offense is now averaging over 51 points per game. It all runs through the dynamic five-star for the Titans.
Henderson has now thrown for over 3,000 yards and rushed for nearly 500 on the season. He’s now at 46 total scores with just one game to go in the regular season. Legacy will take on Cornerstone Christian on Nov. 7.

“Henderson has been the best athlete on the field in nearly every game he’s played throughout his high school career, but the development as a passer and decision maker is what we have been analyzing heavily for him this season.
The matchup against Franklin (Texas) is one of the toughest tests he has faced throughout the regular season and he put together a hell of a showing despite losing the game. Henderson totaled six touchdowns in the game with five coming through the air and one on the ground. He displayed impressive pocket mobility and the ability to escape pressure. But the decision making and the ability to place the football and throw with touch was really eye-catching. And his numbers throughout the season so far reflect the growth we’ve seen from him as a passer this year.”
Henderson locked in with Houston
Henderson is now the No. 15 overall prospect and No. 4 QB in the 2026 cycle, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 2 recruit in Texas.
He’s been committed to his hometown program since May 27 of 2024 and has remained locked in with Willie Fritz and the Cougars. Henderson has said his recruitment is “shut down” and he’s one of 16 commits in the Houston class to date. He was also back on campus over the weekend.
“I felt the love from day one and I feel like there is nowhere I would rather be,” Henderson previously said about the Cougars.
