Jon Gruden receives high school football gear from Southlake Carroll

Riley Dodge clinched career victory No. 100 after Southlake Carroll’s 66-7 victory over Eaton and one of Texas high school football’s top head coaches wanted to share the gear with former NFL head coach Jon Gruden, who works for Barstool Sports.

Gruden posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, receiving a package from Dodge and the Southlake Carroll Dragons on Friday afternoon.

“Look at this box we got here… it comes with some big news to celebrate!

Coach Riley Dodge at Southlake Carroll in Texas just won his 100th game and that is a HUGE deal!

Thank you Coach Dodge and @CarrollDragonsFB for this great box, keep it rolling this season!!“

For his high school coaching career, Dodge is 100-9 all time as a head coach, which also includes five undefeated regular seasons along the way.

The Dragons’ lead man has done a ton of winning during his time at Southlake Carroll, as Dodge owns a 53-1 district record, six district championships, boasts a 27-7 playoff mark along with five state semifinal and two state championship appearances.

A chance for victory No. 101 comes tonight when Southlake Carroll takes on Northwest.
