2025 DL Floyd Boucard decommits from Oklahoma Sooners

Miami Central three-star defensive lineman Floyd Boucard has decommitted from Oklahoma, he announced Monday evening on social media.
Boucard initially committed to the Sooners on July 20, choosing them over Alabama, Miami and USC.
“I would like to thank The University of Oklahoma for welcoming me with open arms,” Boucard wrote. “It’s after much consideration, thought and conversations with my family that I’ve made the decision to DECOMMIT and I am now reopening my recruitment to all schools!”

At the time of his commitment, Boucard said that the Sooners made him feel like a priority.
“From the start, they made me feel like a priority before everything picked up and before I got to Miami Central,” Boucard told On3. “They made me feel like a priority and I was No. 1 on their board. They showed me a lot of love and called me. The coaching staff showed love since day one and they’ve done that all the way through now. It feels just right.”
In addition to his June 14 official visit to Norman, Boucard also took OVs to Miami, Louisville, USC and Alabama.
