4-star EDGE Julius Holly sets his commitment date
Alpharetta (Ga.) four-star EDGE Julius Holly has taken official visits to Michigan (June 7), Georgia (June 14), Ole Miss (June 18) and Texas A&M (June 21) and he is now ready to lock in his commitment to one of those schools.
The No. 236 prospect in the On300 tells On3 that he plans to announce his commitment on June 29.
A final decision has not been made yet according to Holly, but he is close. He has a formula that will help him decide if the Wolverines, Bulldogs, Rebels or Aggies are best for him.
Each school on his list and rated by the family.
“My dad created this matrix and he had me rank all my offers by categories,” Holly said in a recent interview. “The ranking system was like facilities, location, coaches, etc. I gave a 1-5 ranking on each category. We totaled it up and it came up with an order from highest to lowest.
“I had my mom and dad also do it to see if we come up with the same ranking, especially our top eight. But with so many recent additions and more maybe coming, we’re not ready to put anything out there.”
