4-star IOL Hardy Watts planning to take 5 official visits

West Roxbury (Mass.) Dexter School four-star interior offensive lineman Hardy Watts is down to five programs, he told On3’s Chad Simmons.
He will take official visits to Clemson (June 2-4), Wisconsin (June 7-9), Duke (June 14-16), Michigan (June 21-23) and Boston College (TBD). Watts said he is focused on those five schools.
Watts was visited by Michigan offensive line coach Grant Newsome last week and broke down the Maize and Blue with The Wolverine’s EJ Holland. He took his first visit to Ann Arbor back in March.
“It was great,” Watts told The Wolverine after that March visit. “I had a great time meeting all of the staff. I had a great tour of the business school. It was amazing… The players stood out. I’ve been to a bunch of schools now and have gotten to see practices. The players came up to me and introduced themselves and talked to my mom. Players at other schools do that, but they actually stopped, talked to us and sat down with us.

“The hospitality of the players themselves shows the quality of the team and the athletes that are being produced there. I got to spend some time with Trente Jones, who I idolize, and Kalel Mullings, who is also a Boston kid.”
Watts also visited Clemson on March 24.
He is the nation’s No. 242 overall prospect, No. 16 interior offensive lineman and No. 2 recruit from Massachusetts in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
On3 is higher on Watts than the other major recruiting services. He ranks No. 119 overall and No. 9 among interior offensive linemen in the 2025 On300.
