Another Top 10 upset continues the CBS Sports Top 25 and 1 shakeup

In what seems to be a weekly occurrence, college basketball produced another top 10 upset on Tuesday night. No. 8 Villanova went on the road and fell to the Connecticut Huskies, who are ranked No. 21 in the latest AP poll. With the result, there is an updated CBS Sports Top 25 and 1.

There is no movement inside of the top seven, with two west coast schools (Gonzaga and Arizona) remaining at the top of the poll. Two in-state rivals close everything out, with Iowa State handing on by a thread and Iowa being the “and 1” after their win over Michigan State on Tuesday night.

Within the top 10, there are seven different conferences represented, with the Big 12 and SEC being the only ones to double up. Kansas and Texas Tech represent the former, while Auburn and Kentucky continue to battle it out for a conference championship.
