Arizona State four-star quarterback commit Jake Fette is headed to Los Angeles this summer for the Elite 11 Finals.

The Del Valle (Texas) star earned his invitation on Monday. Fette competed at the Elite 11 regional camp in Austin this spring, and now joins one of the elite quarterback fraternities in high school football. There are few higher honors for prep quarterbacks than being invited to the event, which will celebrate its 26th year in 2025. It bring together 20 of the country’s elite signal-callers for three days of competition and training in Los Angeles during the month of June.

Elite 11 alumni include Carson PalmerAndrew LuckMatthew StaffordTim Tebow, and more recently Trevor LawrenceC.J. StroudBryce Young and more. Last year’s Elite 11 Finals featured more than a dozen of the top 20 quarterbacks in the final On3 Industry Rankings, including five of the top six players at the position.

He is the 10th signal-caller to land an invite to this year’s illustrious event. He joins Tennessee commit Faizon Brandon, Houston commit Keisean Henderson, Texas commit Dia Bell, USC pledge Jonas Williams, Miami verbal Dereon Coleman, Iowa State’s Jett Thomalla, Louisville commit Briggs Cherry, Texas A&M commit Helaman Casuga and Washington verbal Derek Zammit.

Fette is one of the country’s most impressive players at the position. He is coming off a junior season where he threw for 2,488 yards and 32 touchdowns, while tossing just one interception. As a runner, he added 589 yards and 11 touchdowns on 77 attempts as well.

Fette strong in his commitment to the Sun Devils

Since pledging to ASU back in September 2024, Fette has remained locked in with Kenny Dillingham and Co. Other schools have worked to get involved with his recruitment, but he has yet to plan visits with any program other than the Sun Devils.

“You know being committed to ASU right now is a big-time thing,” Fette told On3’s Steve Wiltfong in January. “Coming off a season like they did all I can think about is how I can impact the school when I get there. Coach Dilly and the guys up there did a tremendous job this year and it just leads me to be more and more excited to be a Sun Devil.”

He has built a strong connection with offensive coordinator Marcus Arroyo and loves the program that’s being built under their leadership.

“Really mainly the culture they base their program around,” Fette said. “They don’t care how many stars you have or how many followers you have. They’re just looking for (someone) who loves the game and want to ball.”

On3 ranks Fette as the nation’s No. 37 overall prospect and No. 4 quarterback this cycle.
