One way to split the difference when you’re cheering for two teams at a sporting event is to wear a shirt or jersey that features both teams. During Saturday’s clash between Kentucky and Missouri, one couple was faced with that exact dilemma, and they made a fascinating choice with their attire.

Evidently, they purchased two similar shirts each to support both squads and had them sewn together. The end result was something to behold, and it had to be captured on camera. Check it out below, as KSR on X shared the screen-cap to social media.

As you can tell, that’s a bold fashion choice for Saturday’s SEC clash. One shirt spells out “Kentouri Wilders,” but the real gold is the other, “Missucky.” Perhaps “Kentouri” would’ve been a better choice, but it’s certainly an eye-catcher regardless.

We’re willing to bet this shirt is a one-of-one but don’t rule out the idea of copycats. The pool of joint Kentucky-Missouri fans may not be too deep, but it could find a target audience. Fans of one team or the other might be miffed, but the casual viewer might be inclined to purchase one. Who knows.

Regardless, this couple will be happy with either result inside Mizzou Arena on Saturday. It looks like Kentucky is on their way to a win to end their regular season, but both teams seemingly have an exciting March ahead of them. If they meet up again in the SEC Tournament, we can’t wait to see what they have as an encore.

More on the Kentucky Wildcats, Missouri Tigers

Kentucky entered Saturday’s game at 20-10 on the season. The Wildcats were coming off a huge 29-point win over LSU in their last game. Mark Pope has enjoyed a solid first season in Lexington, navigating a difficult SEC schedule and going 9-8 within their division. However, it seems they’re about to end the regular season on a high note against Missouri.

As for the aforementioned Tigers, they’ve been on a heck of a run. They’re 21-9, and 10-7 within the conference. However, the last couple of weeks haven’t been kind to them, as Missouri has lost three of their last four, and they’re primed to lose another to the Wildcats on Saturday.

Looking ahead, both teams will be looking to solidify their standing with a solid run in the SEC Tournament. We’ll see if either the Wildcats or Tigers can do so, as they’ll have plenty of competition to contend with.
