Drew Allar, Anthony Lucas, Daylen Everette are newest On3 Consensus 5-Stars

Medina (Ohio) quarterback Drew Allar, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy cornerback Daylen Everette and Scottsdale (Ari.) Chaparral defensive lineman Anthony Lucas have all earned their fifth star in the 2022 On3 Consensus.
The On3 Consensus is a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. The top 32 players at the end of the recruiting cycle earn five-star ratings.
Allar jumped from No. 37 to No. 23 in the rankings, Everette moved from No. 42 to No. 25 and Lucas leaped to No. 26 from No. 43.
Lucas has a final list of nine schools he is choosing from in Alabama, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas A&M, UCLA, and USC. He is the top player from the state of Arizona and he is expected to make a college decision over the next few weeks.
“I know decision time is coming and I know I have a big one to make, but it is going to be very tough,” Lucas told On3’s Chad Simmons.

Everette is a Clemson commit and one of the Tigers three elite cornerbacks in the 2022 class. On3 has been high on Everette from the start. He is currently the No. 7 overall prospect in the country.
With the update, Allar becomes the second-highest rated quarterback recruit in the class behind Austin (Texas) Westlake’s Cade Klubnik.
The Penn State commit had a standout fall that has seen him rise on recruiting boards across the country.
“We’ve seen Allar continue to level up with his skill and feel for the game,” Power wrote. “This is much more than just a big-armed passer who slings the ball around. Allar makes some difficulty, small window passes with regularity. The field vision and spatial awareness combined with this arm dexterity and ability to deliver from multiple platforms is unique. Additionally, Allar isn’t sitting back in the pocket untouched. He often plays from an empty set and is forced to make second reaction plays and quick decisions when blitzed. He’s playing with supreme confidence and the game is moving slow.”
