Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee three-star athlete Khalil Barnes is announcing his college decision this morning. He is choosing between Clemson, Notre Dame and Oklahoma.

Barnes is the No. 654 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Heading into the decision, Clemson is trending on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
