Perkasie (Pa.) Pennridge linebacker Phil Picciotti is down to 12 schools, he announced Wednesday afternoon on Twitter.

Picciotti is the No. 437 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 47 linebacker and the No. 9 junior prospect in Pennsylvania.

Among his top 12 are: Auburn, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina, USC, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder also noted that his recruitment is still open, though the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) predicts Penn State as the overwhelming favorite. It gives the Nittany Lions a 97.6 percent chance of securing Picciotti’s commitment.

Right now, however, he is in the midst of a busy spring visit schedule. After tripping to Michigan and Michigan State earlier this month, Picciotti will visit Oklahoma, Nebraska and Penn State in the first three weekends of April. He’ll also see Wisconsin on April 22.

Phil Picciotti currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $14,900. The NIL Valuation is comprised of a number of dynamic data points that focus on two primary factors – an athlete’s social media presence and their level of athletic performance.
