National Signing Day is finally here. Hundreds of high school football players already know their college destinations.

They include the top wide receivers in the 2023 On3 Consensus. Many of them are ranked in the top 100 of the On3 Consensus. Additionally, three are five-star recruits.

The On3 Consensus is a state-of-the-art resource in the recruiting industry. Unlike other consensus ratings, the On3 Consensus weight each of the four major recruiting services evenly and gradually increases the number of five-stars and four-star recruits as evaluators learn more about each recruit and obtain more data.

Here is a list of the top 10 wide receivers in the On3 Consensus:

1. 5-star Zachariah Branch
School: Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman
Status: Enrolled at USC
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 4
On3 NIL Valuation: $573K
Scouting Summary: “The most dynamic skill player in the 2023 cycle. Built like a traditional slot wide receiver at 5-foot-9, 170 pounds. An elite track athlete with a 10.33 second 100 meter mark and a 24 foot long jump as a sophomore. Is able to harness that speed on the football field with his elite change of direction. Creates big plays as a deep threat and after the catch. Very difficult for defenders to tackle in space. A fluid mover with route-running and true wide receiver skills in addition to the considerable athleticism. Shows good ball skills with the ability to track and make extended catches in traffic… Looks like one of the best sub 5-foot-11 wide receiver prospects in several cycles. A dominant top performer in every neutral, all-star setting over the course of the cycle. Projects as an instant impact game-breaker at the college level with immense long-term potential.”

2. 5-star Jurrion Dickey
School: Palo Alto (Calif.) Menlo-Atherton
Status: Signed with Oregon
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 28
On3 NIL Valuation: $229K
Scouting Summary: “Physical, productive receiver with a well-rounded skill set. Owns a thick, filled out build, checking in at around 6-foot-2.5, 215 pounds. Also has long arms with a 6-foot-6 wing-span, which manifests in a large catch radius. Strong in every phase of the play. Bullies wide receivers off the line and at the top of his routes. Attacks the ball at the catch point and shows strong, reliable hands. Tough to bring down and maximizes after the catch. Has good play speed and clocked a multiple electronically-timed sub-4.6 second 40-yard dashes. Highly productive as a junior against some of the best competition in Northern California with 1,304 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns. Also plays defense. Shines in competitive situations. Was the top receiver at The Opening Finals prior to his junior season at Overtime’s OT7 tournament before his senior year… One of the top 2023 receivers if healthy.”

3. 5-star Johntay Cook II
School: DeSoto (Texas)
Status: Enrolled at Texas
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 31
On3 NIL Valuation: $351K
Scouting Summary: “Smooth-moving receiver who is one of the best route-runners in the 2023 cycle. Shows the ability to tempo and toggle speeds within his routes. Has outstanding initial quickness and easily stacks corners off the line, particularly when working from the slot. Very polished having worked with individual trainers. Can win at all levels of the field. Has long arms with a 6-foot-4 wing-span at 5-foot-11.5, 175 pounds. Shows the ability to track the ball over his shoulder and has the capability of coming down with high-point grabs. Highly productive while playing top competition as a senior, catching 86 passes for 1,534 yards and 22 touchdowns while leading DeSoto to a state title. Quicker than fast, but long speed appears to be solid. Will need to continue improving on his reliability as a pass-catcher and eliminate concentration drops but showed some progress on that front as a senior.”

4. 4-star Hykeem Williams
School: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Stranahan
Status: Signed with Florida State
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 34
On3 NIL Valuation: $229K
Scouting Summary: “Physically-developed receiver with plus body control and burst. Possesses the balance and agility to make defenders miss in the open field as well as the juice to get upfield and pull through arm tackles after the catch. Has a big frame that carries his weight with ease. Measured 6-foot-2.5, 215 pounds with a 32-inch arm and 8.75-inch hand prior to his senior year. Filled out his frame considerably over his junior year. Shows vertical ability on 50-50 balls and on the hardwood as a basketball player. Tough to bring down after the catch with his size and burst… Relatively undeveloped technically and not as productive as most other top wide receivers in the cycle. Will develop a more diverse route tree as he transitions to the college game. Has all the physical tools to potentially turn into a dominant X-type receiver at the next level.”

5. 4-star Brandon Inniss
School: Miami Gardens (Fla.) American Heritage
Status: Signed with Ohio State
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 35
On3 NIL Valuation: $316K
Scouting Summary: “Developed wide receiver who has been on the national radar dating back to middle school. Emerged as a college prospect while playing on varsity as an eighth grader. Has a technically advanced skill set. Has high-level quickness both in his releases and at the top of his routes. Can break off defensive backs with his change of direction. Competitive and embraces matchups with other top prospects. A standout on the camp and 7-on-7 circuit. Tests as a good athlete in the combine setting. Not as productive as some other top receivers as a junior in part due to being forced to play quarterback for part of the season. Has a tendency to let the ball get into his body at times, but has shown more high-point ability as a junior. Fights for yardage after the catch. Has the look of a high-floor prospect who should be set up to contribute early in his college career.”

6. 4-star Makai Lemon
School: Los Alamitos (Calif.)
Status: Enrolled at USC
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 37
On3 NIL Valuation: $328K
Scouting Summary: “Arguably the top two-way high school football player on the West Coast. Stars as a receiver and defensive back. Savvy with advanced ball tracking skills. Does not test as a top athlete, but shows play speed that belies what he does in the combine setting. Smooth mover with the ability to create separation with route-running and acceleration. Totaled over 1,000 receiving yards in addition to four interceptions as a junior. Consistently produces and performs well against top talent. Likely projects as a slot receiver long-term. Does not have a separating physical trait when it comes to size, length or speed/athleticism.”

7. 4-star Jalen Hale
School: Longview (Texas)
Status: Enrolled at Alabama
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 38
On3 NIL Valuation: $251K
Scouting Summary: “Smooth, coordinated receiver who stars for one of the top high school programs in Texas. Excels at the catch point. Was the first freshman to start on varsity back in 2019 for East Texas powerhouse Longview High since the early 2000’s. Checks in at 6-foot-0.5, 185 pounds with a 32.5 inch arm, giving him plus length for the position. Does much of his damage out of the slot at Longview. Has natural explosion and ability to go up and high point the football. Showed continued improvement as a route-runner over the course of his high school career. Looked like one of the best route-runners in the cycle at the Under Armour All-America Game. Showed a refined release package, with the ability to stack corners off of the line… Has a thinner build and will need to add strength and mass to aid in finishing at the catch point and in running through contact after the catch.”

8. 4-star Carnell Tate
School: Chicago IMG Academy
Status: Enrolled at Ohio State
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 41
On3 NIL Valuation: $239K
Scouting Summary: “Polished receiver with technical savvy and a sizable catch radius. Checked in at around 6-foot-1, 180 pounds as a senior. Has plus length with arms that measure 32.5 to 33 inches with big hands. Highly coordinated with the ability to track, adjust and high-point the football in contested situations. Has shown some encouraging route-running skills. Doubles as a dangerous return man due to his change of direction and open-field vision. A consistent performer when facing to cornerbacks while playing a national schedule at IMG Academy. More quick than fast. Will need to continue adding improving his burst and long speed as he has yet to run a verified 40-yard dash faster than 4.72 seconds. Well-rounded technical skill set and battle-tested resume against top competition points to a high floor with his ultimate ceiling being determined by his continued athletic development.”

9. 4-star Noah Rogers
School: Rolesville (N.C.)
Status: Enrolled at Ohio State
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 52
On3 NIL Valuation: $184K
Scouting Summary: “Athletic, twitchy pass-catcher who had one of the more productive high school careers among receivers in the 2023 cycle. Has one of the better combinations of size and speed among pass catchers in 2023. Measured around 6-foot-2, 193 pounds with a 6-foot-6 wing-span. Posted an electronically-timed 4.49 second 40-yard dash prior to his junior season. A twitchy, bouncy athlete who shows the ability to get vertical with ease due to his long speed. Has often made big plays as a deep threat, both at the high school level and in neutral settings. Shows some springy tendencies and the ability to come down with acrobatic, high-point grabs. Also capable of taking short passes or end arounds to the house. Continued to improve his routes and change of direction as a senior… Has solid to good ball skills but can continue improving his strength and consistency at the catch point.”

10. 4-star WR Malachi Coleman
School: Lincoln (Neb.) Lincoln East
Status: Signed with Nebraska
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 60
On3 NIL Valuation: $151K
Scouting Summary: “An elite size and speed athlete as a two-way star at Lincoln (Neb.) East. Could be the most physically-gifted wide receiver prospect in the 2023 cycle. Stands in around 6-foot-3.5, 190 pounds with 33-inch arms. Was initially viewed as a two-way athlete prospect but became more of a wide receiver over the course of his high school career… Possesses the top end speed to beat corners over the top at receiver. Ridiculous catch radius allows him to win on contested catches. Looked more refined and skilled in all-star settings than he did on senior film. Showed pleasantly surprising route-running and ball skills. Capable of dropping his weight to change direction. Showed the ability to elevate and come down with catches in traffic. Posted strong showings at both the All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl, making him a ‘stock up’ prospect late in the cycle.”
