National Signing Day has come and gone. While several of the top recruits signed during the Early Signing Period in December, several more recruits waited until National Signing Day to commit or make it official.

Here’s the 2023 ACC On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, as of Thursday at 8 a.m.

1. Miami (92.742)
2 five-stars | 13 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 25 total recruits
Top Commit: Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy offensive tackle Francis Mauigoa, No. 12 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The Hurricanes ended up losing a commitment from five-star cornerback Cormani McClain, who flipped to Colorado, but that doesn’t mean Miami would drop from the top spot. They solidified depth up front signing a pair of five-star prospects in Mauigoa and offensive tackle Samson Okunlola.

2. Clemson (91.882)
1 five-stars | 16 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 26 total recruits
Top Commit: Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson defensive lineman Peter Woods, No. 19 in On3 Consensus.
Summary: Woods headlines a top-10 group as the Tigers’ only five-star signee but Clemson signed several notable four-star prospects as well including EDGE Tomarrion Parker, defensive lineman Vic Burley and quarterback Christopher Vizzina.

3. Florida State (89.455)
0 five-stars | 9 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 18 total recruits
Top Commit: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Stranahan wide receiver Hykeem Williams, No. 34 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Mike Norvell rebounded from a rough first season in Tallahassee by leading the Seminoles to nine wins, a bowl win and a top-20 recruiting class led by a top-40 player in Williams. Losing Keldric Faulk to Auburn was a blow but Florida State’s core of nine four-stars are huge for the future.

4. Louisville (88.055)
0 five-stars | 6 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 15 total recruits
Top Commit: Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove EDGE Adonijah Green, No. 189 in in On3 Consensus
Summary: The Cardinals were able to maintain a top-4 class in the ACC despite DeAndre Moore Jr. flipped from the Cardinals to Texas. They were able to counter it with Green’s commitment on Dec. 24.

0 five-stars | 5 four-stars | 15 three-stars | 20 total recruits
Top Commit: Maiden (N.C.) wide receiver Chris Culliver, No. 130 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The Tar Heels had a top-10 class in 2022 but won’t come close to that mark in this cycle. Despite that, they still signed a solid top-30 group headlined by a top-150 player in Culliver.

6. NC State (87.676)
0 five-stars | 2 four-stars | 16 three-stars | 18 total recruits
Top Commit: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage safety Daemon Fagan, No. 311 in On3 Consensus

Top Commit: North Palm Beach (Fla.) The Benjamin School wide receiver Micah Mays, No. 361 in On3 Consensus

11. Boston College (85.033)
0 five-stars | 0 four-stars | 17 three-stars | 17 total recruits
Top Commit: Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Central Catholic athlete Nate Johnson, No. 557 in On3 Consensus

Unfortunately for them, Sellers flipped his commitment to South Carolina on Dec. 23 giving Syracuse only one player ranked in the top-1,000.
